In particular, materials intended for foods have the respective certificates and are subject to strict control for the absence of heavy metals and harmful chemicals.
HELLAGRO S.A.’s quality control department, following the standards with which it is certified, conducts controls on all batches of materials received, as well as for all products to be delivered.
With respect to quality assurance, HELLAGRO S.A. applies the standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 of ΤÜV AUSTRIA.
ΗELLAGRO offers palletizing safety systems based on GRIP FIX™ palletizing adhesives. GRIP FIX™ anti-slip agents are water-soluble, solvent-free adhesives for securing pallet loads. The pallet loads maybe suitable for:

- Paper bags
- Cartons
- Cellophane-packeditems
- PP wovenbags
- Small packages
GRIP FIX™ is applied in small quantities to the pallet loads before they are palletized. After a short drying time, the pallets are stable and remain so until they are unloaded again.
Our technology: High shear strength and very low peeling strength are achieved. Even if the pallet loads do not slip, the packages can be easily separated. In general GRIP FIX™ leaves no residue after depalletizing Pallets secured with GRIP FIX™ remain stable during the palletizing process, on the way to the stretch wrapper, during transport, during order picking and in the distribution center.
Pallets secured with GRIP FIX™ do not slip even if the contents of the packages are not stable.
