GRIP FIX™ PALLETIZING ADHESIVES

ΗELLAGRO offers palletizing safety systems based on GRIP FIX™ palletizing adhesives. GRIP FIX™ anti-slip agents are water-soluble, solvent-free adhesives for securing pallet loads. The pallet loads maybe suitable for:
• PE bags
• Paper bags
• Cartons
• Cellophane-packeditems
• PP wovenbags
• Small packages
GRIP FIX™ is applied in small quantities to the pallet loads before they are palletized. After a short drying time, the pallets are stable and remain so until they are unloaded again.
Our technology: High shear strength and very low peeling strength are achieved. Even if the pallet loads do not slip, the packages can be easily separated. In general GRIP FIX™ leaves no residue after depalletizing
Pallets secured with GRIP FIX™ remain stable during the palletizing process, on the way to the stretch wrapper, during transport, during order picking and in the distribution center.
Pallets secured with GRIP FIX™ do not slip even if the contents of the packages are not stable.
