In particular, materials intended for foods have the respective certificates and are subject to strict control for the absence of heavy metals and harmful chemicals.
HELLAGRO S.A.’s quality control department, following the standards with which it is certified, conducts controls on all batches of materials received, as well as for all products to be delivered.
With respect to quality assurance, HELLAGRO S.A. applies the standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 of ΤÜV AUSTRIA.
HELLAGRO SA offers branded edge protectors. The use of edge-protectors strengthens packaging and increases products protection to diminish damages caused during transportation and handling. Traditional packaging materials do not provide adequate protection. The edge-protectors are supplied pre-cut to the correct length and can be combined with stretch film, shrink pallet shrowd and metal seals.. The quality, size and strength are independently selected for each use. The most common colors are white and brown. The HELLAGRO SA edge-protectors comply with European standard EN 13393 for protective angle pieces.
